Teremky Kyiv underground station opened in a half a year
The Teremky Kyiv underground station will be put into operation approximately on Kyiv Day in 2013, president of the Kievmetrobud PJSC Volodymyr Petrenko said during the round table “Solutions to Kyiv transport problems”, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the station will be opened after 600 million UAH are allocated from the budget. “We already have 450 million for the Hippodrome station, so it will be opened in October this year. The Teremky station will be built by the end of the year, but it will be put into operation only after its financing,” Petrenko said.
Earlier, the opening of the Teremky Kyiv underground station was scheduled for December 2012.
