Yushchenko is blamed for manipulations

On October 25 not only presidential but also parliamentary elections can take place, MP from the Lytvyn bloc Oleh Zarubinskyi said in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“Early elections – these are presidential and parliamentary election. In this situation the matter does not concern only presidential election. If the presidential election takes place on October 25, then such election will be not early but next election. I think that the President’s team uses manipulation technology in order to show that the President is supposedly ready for early Presidential election, therefore the parliament should do the same. But in deed it is not so,” he said.

As a reminder, on April 3 the President Viktor Yushchenko stated that he was ready to early presidential election, if they are taken together with early parliamentary elections.

The PR leader Viktor Yanukovych agreed with proposition of the President concerning early elections and offeres not to waste time and hold them earlier than October 25.

In turn, PM Yulia Tymoshenko did not support the initiative of the President to hold simultaneous presidential and parliamentary elections.
