Tomenko knows how to appoint Korol and Ohryzko

There is only proposition of the President to appoint Volodymyr Ohryzko to the Foreign Minister post in the parliament but there is no proposition on appointment of Viktor Korol to the head of the SBU. Mykola Tomenko the deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada told, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“In my opinion, if we want to consider candidatures to the post of the Foreign Minister and the head of the SBU, voting should take place after consultations on this issue between the President, the PM and the speaker of the VR. If we do not want their appointments, we can vote without such consultations,” Tomenko said.
He considers that “all in Ukraine understand what is going on around these candidatures.” In connection that absence of the Foreign Minister in Ukraine undermines Ukraine’s authority on the international level, correspondent consultations should be held as soon as possible.

Extension of coalition up to 300 deputies will set up a dictatorship in Ukraine

Tymoshenko: Extension of coalition up to 300 deputies will set up a dictatorship in Ukraine

In
an interview to journalists BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko said that the parliamentary
opposition worries about declaration of chairman of the Verkhovna Rada
Oleksandr Moroz on possible extension of the anti-crisis coalition up to 300
deputies.

“We
consider that these amoral statements confirm that Oleksandr Moroz, who speaks
about formation of majority of 300 people, means moral corruption, moral
pressure and moral repression,” Tymoshenko said.

She
considers that such speaker’s announcements and negotiaiton process with some
BYuT deputies  are a planned step of
Viktor Yanukovych and his neighborhood on creation of full dictature in the
Parliament and society.

According to her, if the coalition had 300 votes, all power in Ukraine would
pass to Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich. Therefore, the leader of BYuT pointed that the opposition will insist on taking rigid
measures towards traitors.

The Party of Regions wants to imprison Tymoshenko

Tymoshenko will be arrested soon on accusation of corruption as a figurant in case of the ex PM Pavlo Lazarenko who has been already detained in the USA. The representative of the Party of Regions Vasyl Kiselyov told.

“I think she will be imprisoned together with Lazarenko. Very soon,” he said.

Kiselyov noted that he has documents proved connection of Tymoshenko to “Lazarenko case”.

“The ambassador of the USA, declaring about Tymoshenko is not implicated in Lazarenko case, to put it mildly, was mistaken. I have documents proved Tymoshenko was interrogated in the USA on Lazarenko case. But it is their business why she was not detained,” he noted.

Tymoshenko initiates referendum

Tymoshenko initiates referendum

BYUT leader Yulia Tymoshenko considers that Ukraine has
appeared in so deep crisis that the only way out is a national referendum.
Tymoshenko told journalists Monday.

“Crises in Ukraine are spreading and becoming intensified,
they destroy stability in our state. These are political, constitutional,
tariff crises and the beginning of agrarian one. We also can observe a crisis concerning
VAT restitution. This list can be continued…Take any sphere of activity and you
will see a crisis,” Tymoshenko said.

According to the BYuT leader, to regulate all crises
it is needed “to hold a referendum and to ask the people what form of
government they support – presidential or parliamentary.”

After the results of the referendum Tymoshenko
proposes to form a constitutional commission under the direction of the President,
which will work out new redaction of the Constitution.
